Have multiple reports (maybe in different offices) that you want to access at the same time? Create a dashboard in analytics to see all of your relevant reports in one place without having to toggle between offices.

Infinite Scroll in Conversations
Sometimes 100 messages is too few when you’re talking with repeat guests or with your team members, so we’ve implemented infinite scroll in your inbox conversations (team chats included)! You only have to continue to scroll up on the page for Akia to load more messages.
Other Updates
- Implemented email verification for the first time you log in on a new device

Mobile App Updates
Updated Records Tab
We’ve updated the Records tab on the mobile app to reflect the desktop version, allowing your team to view the same columns as you would on desktop. Scroll horizontally to view all of the applicable columns and change your filters by clicking on the > in the top right corner.
