New Conditions - Brand Patron and Patron Verified
If you manage multiple properties with Akia and want to track guests who stayed at a previous location, leverage the Brand Patron and Patron Verified conditions to give these guests a different experience than first-time guests or guests who returned to the specific property.
Key differences:
Returned - Guest has stayed at Property A before, and is staying at Property A again
Brand Patron - Guest has either stayed at Property A OR Property B before, and is staying at Property A again
Patron Verified - Guest has had their ID verified either at Property A or Property B
Identity Verification Status - Checking the guest’s ID verification status for their current property

Other Updates
- New step in the ID Verification flow: manual update of submitted information
- When users manually verify a guest's ID, they now have the option to manually update the detected info to make sure it's correct before we save the ID information (and send it back to the PMS if applicable)
- Organization level assets for accounts managing multiple properties
- When you create a new Mini App, email template, Macro, etc, you can now choose if you want to create it for the particular account or for the organization
- Configuration in Devices (Device Hub) page allows you to determine how Akia should set the default Start At and End At times for device hub codes, and if Akia should prefer to use the guest’s phone number to generate their code
