AI Agent - Reference Links
Clicking the Add Link button on the top of the References page will prompt you to input a website URL. The agent will then go to this URL to pull reference information automatically and populate what it has pulled on the side panel.
Note: The agent will not navigate to new pages on the link. For example, giving it https://www.akia.com/ will have the agent create references based on the homepage, not other pages.
Conditional Agent Setup
Leverage our Conditional agent mode to be more explicit about when the agent should automatically reply or what tools it can automatically leverage.
📢 Similar to routing rules, conditional agent mode works on a priority basis so the agent will behave based on the first matched condition.

Combined platform view
To help consolidate the guest’s conversation on mobile, and to mimic the desktop version, we’ve added the combined platform view so you can see any messages sent on other platforms regardless of the platform you’re currently talking with the guest on.
