Enabling Integration with Track

1. Generate a server key and server secret in your account and provide it to your Akia representative
• Log in to Track and go to Configuration > Company Setup > API Keys
• Click + Server Key in the top right of the page to create a new server key and secret - Akia will need the Server keys, not Channel keys

2. Please give your Akia representative your Track URL. This would look something like akia.trackhs.com/dashboard

3. Install the Track App in our integration page: https://sys.akia.ai/integrations/apps/track

4. Our Akia representative will let you know when the integration has been set up and reservations are coming into your Akia account
