Marketing Suite - Loyalty Status

If you have our Marketing Suite, keep track of which guests are the most loyal to your property by setting up loyalty tiers in Settings > Loyalty Status. Choose whether loyalty should be based on the number of stays the guest has made or the number of nights the guest has stayed at your property.

You can specify the threshold for each tier (meaning a guest with x number of stays will be a part of x tier) and the color of each tier (click on the trophy icon to change the color) for easier recognition in the Akia inbox.

You can view the guest's loyalty status in the inbox, and hover over the border to see the guest's progress to the next tier.
