Updated Records Page
Our Records page was in need of a refresh so our team has moved the filters to the top of the page, updated the filter look, and clicking the checkbox in the header or next to a guest’s name brings up the broadcast option. (Click the three dots next to Columns to view your broadcast history.)
Updated Method for Profile Manual Creation
Click the + next to Inbox to search for a guest or add a guest to Akia. You can type in their name, phone number, or email to search for them. If they do not exist in the system, click Create to create their profile.
Timestamp for Activities
Need to double check when an activity took place for the guest (e.g. when your staff closed the chat or when the Akia-issued keycode was generated), hover over the text in the inbox thread and a timestamp will show up.
Other Updates
- Respect property timezone for updating/modifying Akia Device Hub codes, rather than your user’s timezone
- Require password for revealing a credit card after 10 minutes of inactivity
- Updated bulk export and import feature for Rooms page
