Product Updates

Reservation Agent Booking Link

When properties are setting their booking link for the reservation agent, they should only have to get a link for certain days, and our AI will help implement the correct tokens - no longer needing to manually replace the tokens themselves. This should help speed up adoption of the reservation agent.

Email Template Editor Update

Still support drag and drop of components into the email editor but allowing for more layout customization like padding, fill, and radius of components to better suit your property’s branding.

This also introduces the Brand Kit page where you can specify your property's style (branding) theme for the email templates and components.

 
 

Other Updates

  • Analytics page now provides a previous time comparison
  • AI Agent analytics now provide a breakdown of guest intent and where the agent could be improved, and clicking on a category will bring up a side panel where you can see the direct conversation data

  • Better handling of guests being added/removed from reservations for Cloudbeds, Mews, and StayNTouch
  • Support multiple Airbnb accounts linked to one Akia account/multiple properties
  • Fixed issues with sending back ID information to Mews
