Updated Platform Distinction
To make it clearer to understand what messages were sent on other platforms, we’ve forgone the expandable section and are using a grey background to indicate if the action/message was handled on another platform.
Notice how it says Email in the top left corner of the grey area, while the actual platform you’re messaging on is SMS.
