Akia will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance on Thursday, Dec 26th at 11 pm PDT.

Duration: Less than 30 minutes

Our services will be temporarily unavailable during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we improve our platform.

 

How Will I Be Impacted?

Accessing Akia

The entire Akia platform will be unavailable, you will not be able to access the webpage or mobile app.

 

Guest Messages

Guests will still be able to message your Akia number during this time. Once the maintenance period is over, you will see any new messages in the inbox.

 

Reservations

If a reservation is made/updated during this outage period, Akia will sync the reservation once the maintenance period is over. There should be no reservation discrepancy caused by this scheduled maintenance.

 

Automated Messages

If you have any automated messages scheduled to send out at this time, the messages will be sent after the maintenance period. For example, if you have a message scheduled to send at 11 pm PDT, it will be delayed until around 11:30 pm PDT.
