Learn how to connect Akia to Streamline


Enabling Streamline Integration

  1. Reach out to your Streamline account representative, or submit a support ticket if you do not have a Streamline rep) to get your token key and token secret.
  1. Share your token key and secret with your Akia customer success manager who will add that to your account.
  1. Install the Streamline app in Akia here: https://sys.akia.ai/integrations/apps/streamline

I’m not seeing reservations for certain units transferring over

Please check in Streamline to make sure all of your units are allowed for the integration.

  1. Go into Streamline and navigate to Main Menu > Third Party Integrations > Self Service Onboarding
  1. Find Akia and click 'Show Tokens'
  1. On the pop-up window, go to the Restrict Units tab; Move from right to left the properties that should be granted access
  1. Click Submit
  1. Akia will now be able to sync all of your upcoming reservation data
 
 

Can Akia Pull in ___ (Field Name) From Streamline?

Akia automatically pulls in any custom fields you have created in Streamline in the Custom Fields section in Akia. Please refer to this article for more assistance with accepting custom fields in Akia here: Advanced: Custom Fields

 

If you’re looking for a property field, not custom field, please make that field is set to Show on Site in your Streamline account, and our team should be able to pull that field in.

 

In Streamline, this would be toggled under the Main Menu -› Tools -› Settings: Manage Property Fields

 

After you have made sure the field is set to Show on Site, reach out to us in the Support Chat or at help@akia.com and we can confirm if we can begin processing that field.
