Enabling OwnerRez integration

1. Log in to and visit Akia’s Integrations page

2. Find the OwnerRez app under Property Management category

3. Click Install and you'll receive a prompt to authorize Akia for access.

1. Once authorized, you'll see a confirmation screen and receive a notification.

1. Akia will start syncing with your bookings in OwnerRez. With in a brief moment after authorization, reservations will be imported into Akia. You can review current and future bookings populate in Akia's Records tab by leveraging different filters on the left hand side.

2. Akia will continue to sync with OwnerRez, so as bookings are created, modified, or canceled, they will be reflected in Akia.

What Data Is Transmitted:

• All Property details: ID, Name, Active

• All booking details: ID, Display Name, Property ID, Arrival, Departure, Cancelled Status, Email Address, Phone Number

• Reservation and property data sync occurs every ~15 minutes
