  • AI Agent now responds to OTA inquiries and emails
  • AI Agent flags “suggested” training items based on users’ replies to guests to make it easier for your team to create references for the agent
  • AI Agent automatically looks at Mini Apps already sent to the guest to help answer any questions they have - this does not need to be created as a reference or an instruction, it happens automatically
    • If you would like the agent to leverage a Mini App to answer a guest without needing it to already be sent to them, you can create an instruction like “You can use this Mini App to answer guests _____ (mini app token)”
